If we look at the most budget options (Pentium series, Celeron, some Atom models), then their working range has the following values:

I would like to separately mention one of the cheapest AMD line called the AMD Sempron. The fact is that these models are poorly optimized, so even with average loads and poor cooling, you can see values ​​of more than 80 degrees in monitoring. Now this series is considered outdated, so we will not recommend improving air circulation inside the case or installing a cooler with three copper pipes, because this is meaningless. Just think about buying new hardware.
