The design of iPhone 14 will surprise Apple fans

The iPhone 14 Pro will have a 6.12-inch screen, whereas the iPhone 13 Pro had a screen diagonal of 6.06 inches
AppleInsider reports new information about the iPhone 14 series smartphones from a supply chain analyst. This time it's about a slight increase in the display size of the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max smartphones.
Ross Young, founder of research firms Display Supply Chain Consultants and DisplaySearch, who is rarely wrong in his predictions, said that the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max displays will be larger by literally a hundredth of an inch. According to Young, the increase is due to the reduced frame around the perimeter of the screen.
So, the iPhone 14 Pro will have a screen diagonal of 6.12 inches, while the iPhone 13 Pro had a screen diagonal of 6.06 inches. The iPhone 14 Pro Max will get a screen diagonal of 6.69 inches, while its predecessor has a screen diagonal of 6.68 inches.
Yang also added that he is not yet sure if the minimum refresh rate of the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max screens will drop to 1 Hz. Recall, the iPhone 13 Pro debuted an OLED display with LTPO technology. The latter dynamically changes the refresh rate of the screen from 10 Hz to 120 Hz.
The iPhone 14 lineup is expected to be introduced this fall. If everything goes according to Apple's annual plan, it will happen in September.
