AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D is 7% faster in games than Core i9-13900K

Tests indicate that you can choose a more affordable processor instead of the Core i9-13900K.

AMD decided to compare the performance of the Ryzen 7 7800X3D in games. The Core i9-13900K and Ryzen 7 5800X3D were chosen as a comparison.

Testing was conducted on 21 games, and as it turned out, Ryzen 7 7800X3D performance is on average 7% better than the flagship Core i9-13900K

AMD published the results of the comparison. You can see on the slide that the technically weaker Ryzen 7 7800X3D outperforms the Core i9-13900K, which has more cores and higher maximum frequency.

It's worth noting that the Ryzen 7 7800X3D will sell for $450 in the U.S. market starting April 6, while the Core i9-13900K is priced at $590 on wholesale.
